SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment being receives, usually sooner!

Australian orders

Australian orders will be sent by Aus Post ($8, Up to 7 business days). Tracking numbers will be provided.

Deliveries to rural areas may take longer.

Please note that once parcels have been dispatched with Australia Post, we cannot control delivery times or provide tracking updates above what is provided online. Please contact Australia Post with your tracking number if you require further information.

International orders

Signature on delivery. International customers selecting this option will receive their item by post requiring signature on delivery. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 weeks, however this varies widely depending on your country.

Here are the rates to some of the countries we often ship to:

USA & Canada: AU$20 (US$11) or free for orders over AU$250

UK, Germany, Norway, Sweden: AU$25 (EU$13) or free for orders over AU$250

Shipping to other countries is usually between AUD$20 (US$11/EU10) and AU$30 (US$20/EU18) or free for orders over AU$250.

Express. Need your item now? International customers selecting Express will have their items couriered door-to-door. Estimated delivery is less than 1 week. Express international delivery rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note that some countries charge import taxes.We have no control over this and does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in your country. Please note these shipping amounts are transport costs only and do not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that purchasing online can be difficult when it comes to selecting the right style and size. Due to the we happily accept returns for an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping cost), provided the following requirements are met;

  • The item(s) are returned within 30 business days of you receiving them.

  • The item(s) are in their original condition with all care and product tags attached. 

  • Item(s) must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.

Returns will not be accepted if the above requirements aren’t met.

Shipping costs incurred by returning an item, are not covered by Pure Sunrise However if a new size is requested, we will cover the shipping cost when sending you the new item(s).
